Can't log in?
- Server shows Online but login fails: check your name and password. Names are case sensitive.
- "Your client is out of date": close the game and start it again. It updates itself on start-up. If that doesn't work, reinstall it from the Getting Started page.
- Stuck on "Entering Hazeron": wait a minute. The first visit to a new solar system can take a moment to load. If it still hangs after a few minutes, restart the game and report it.
- Server shows Maintenance or Offline: we're on it. Check News for details.
